Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Processing includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handing your order over to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Transit time begins once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Total Delivery Time

The estimated total shipping time is:

2–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = approximately 5–8 business days total.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking information to follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
